1. Who we are
These terms apply to purchases through the Voltravo webshop. Contact: [email protected]. Current contact details are also on the contact page.
2. Applicability
By placing an order you accept these terms. Deviations only apply if we agree them with you in writing. If this text conflicts with a specific quote or order confirmation, those specific terms prevail.
3. Offer and prices
All shop prices are in euros and include 21% VAT unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious errors in price or product information. Offers are valid while stocks last and while shown on the site.
4. Order and contract
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order (usually by email) and payment succeeds or is accepted under the chosen method. We may refuse an order in case of errors, suspected fraud or if delivery is not possible.
5. Payment
You pay via the methods in checkout (including iDEAL and other options through our payment provider). The order is processed only after successful payment or confirmation by the provider. Invoices and confirmations are sent digitally.
6. Delivery
Delivery times on the site are indicative. Within the Netherlands delivery is usually free unless stated otherwise. Risk passes when the product is delivered to you. If damaged on arrival: note it with the carrier and tell us as soon as possible.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, where the law allows. Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons after opening may be excluded. To withdraw: email us in time. Return shipping is at your expense unless we agree otherwise or the law says otherwise. Products must come back complete and in reasonable condition.
8. Warranty and complaints
Products carry the manufacturer warranties stated on the product page. Statutory rights for non-conformity still apply. Report defects as soon as possible in writing or by email, with order number and a clear description.
9. Installation
Some products can be self-installed per the manual. If you choose installation service, the order or quote terms apply. Installation by third parties we engage is done carefully; damage from incorrect self-installation is outside our liability.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damage up to the amount of the relevant order, where the law allows. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost income, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer by law.
11. Force majeure
In case of force majeure (including carrier, supplier or network failures, or government measures) we may postpone delivery or dissolve the contract without liability, where reasonable.
12. Complaints
Complaints about the order or service can be emailed to [email protected]. We respond as soon as possible. If we cannot resolve it, consumers may use a dispute committee or the courts.
13. Governing law
These terms and all agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules.
